| Abstract | Objective:
Creation and incorporation into the marine activity the Uniform System about World Ocean Condition (futher,System),that is based on existing department systems.System is destine for investigations dataware,reclamation and exploitation World Ocean resources,support problem-solving World's Ocean issue. Implementation of modern inter-departmental distributed information system.
Tasks:
-implementation uniform organizational,metrological and technological base of maintaining information resources of World Ocean condition in Russian Federation.
-stabilization and coordination of departmental observing World Ocean area condition systems.(coastal and offshore areas in the range of real practical needs).
-building and maintaining national resources of World Ocean and coastal zones condition.
-development and standartization monitoring technologies World Ocean and coastal zones condition and pollution, preparation and diffusion of regulated monitoring production in operational and delayed mode.
-functioning integration of deparmental information systems and data centers and access support to all national information resources about World Ocean.
-quaranteed data storing,exchange with the similar systems in the context of international co-operation,and collaboration in international programmes.
-security prevention and functional stability of information technology, national information World Ocean resources security.
Expected results:
Uniform information area in the field of marine environment,that will allow to integrate data sets,databases and technologies,necessary to support and use them,according accepted rules.
Technical solutions for system development,techniques fragments,data sets and databases. |
