| Abstract | NAT-FISH is a North East Africa project including Italy (JRC), Norway (IMR), Morocco (INRH), Mauritania (INROP) and Senegal (CRODT). The objective of NAT-FISH is to analyse and quantify the influence of the natural, variability of the Northwest African upwelling system on the abundance and distribution of small pelagics.
It aims at creating an information system which incorporates environmental monitoring into predictive analysis of the status of fish resources for early inclusion in responsible fisheries management. |
