| Abstract | The aim of project was research of plant and animal species as indicators of eutrophication in the bay of Bokakotorska. The project included the estimation of the ecological state of the Bay and gave additional value to the research of the biodiversity in the Bay. Investigated parameters were: temperature, salinity, oxygen, nutrients, phytoplankton, zooplankton, benthic communities.
