| Abstract | ELOISE/METRO-MED: Dynamics of Matter Transfer and Biogeochemical Cycles : Their Modelling in Coastal Systems of the Mediterranean Sea. The project aims to study and model the key processes of matter transfer (exchange and storage) and the biogeochemical cycles in the coastal zone system. These processes have been studied in two sites in the Mediterranean Sea; in the Thermaikos Gulf in northern Greece and in the Gulf of Lions in southern France. |
