| Abstract | The objectives of this program are:
- To adapt the current monitoring network to a reorganization of the management of the littoral environment,
- To adapt the information systems to take into account new data (eg.REBENT, REMORA), new techniques (eg. user interfaces WEB), new products (eg. cartography),
- To identify new technologies to optimize the strategies of monitoring.
Beyond these crucial objectives, the general objective of the program is to produce and provide information on the health of littoral water, using an integrated system of observation. The program is associated with the projects of data acquisition at the national level (RNO, REPHY, REMI, IGA, REBENT), and also at the regional level (eg.RINBIO, RSL, RHLN, in "Regional Actions"). Transverse projects complement the system by offering tools able to manage the data flow coming from the national programs.
